  In the end of the consult I got her to complete part of my lasering that was required - she did so reluctantly as though it was asking too much.

  Disappointed to travel 35 min in a storm to wait out the front while "bins were being emptied" then find out my therapist had called in sick that day. They had my number but no one called!

  Went to this clinic 5 minutes early for my appointment to only be called in late, then told on the spot (after getting undressed) that they cannot laser me as I need another "initial consultation" again. This was not affirmed during the booking, and the therapist was extremely rude and spoke to me as though it was my fault. I barely got an apology & was told that she could not do any lasering as there'd be no time! Then we had to move rooms! The therapist still in a cranky mood.

  This business needs to learn patient ethics & customer service manners! I left feeling very upset. Silk is lucky I chose to continue business at another clinic!!!

  My face has caved in but they won't fix it they said it will wear off in about 4 months. No refund of my $1200 even offered. Just told Botox has risks and I signed a consent. I can't see where I signed that said my face could cave in. Beware very inexperienced operators and rude admin staff.
